Netiker — 2026-10-25 Provider and scope The seller and service provider is Paweł Kopytko, an individual conducting działalność nierejestrowana (unregistered activity under Polish law) under the Netiker brand, Niedźwiedza 72, 32-854 Porąbka Uszewska, Poland, Polish tax ID 8692010130, hello@netiker.com, telephone +48 791 172 155. These terms cover the account and digital service at netiker.com and app.netiker.com. Consumers and qualifying sole traders retain all protections provided by mandatory law. Features and requirements Netiker connects supported sources, imports CSV, stores and analyzes reports, transforms data and exports results. Internet access, a current browser with JavaScript and essential cookies, and an email address are required. Integrations require your own authorized provider account and API access. Available fields, delays and limits depend on the integration. Review its description and plan limits before buying. No sales growth, SEO ranking or third-party API availability is guaranteed. This does not limit our responsibility for the service’s contractual conformity. Free account and contract Creating an account after accepting these terms establishes an indefinite free account contract. Free requires no card and never automatically becomes paid. One integration type may cover multiple GSC properties; refreshes share plan limits. Current plan features and limits are displayed in pricing and account settings. Registration details must allow contact and secure account operation. Subscription, price and order Plus costs PLN 39 and Pro PLN 129 per monthly billing period. These are the total Netiker prices including applicable taxes; no VAT is added above the final price. Stripe displays the plan, currency, price and recurring nature before confirmation. Your bank may charge currency conversion fees and providers may charge API fees. Purchase requires acceptance of the terms and an explicit acknowledgment of the payment obligation in Stripe. The paid contract is concluded when the order is confirmed and Stripe confirms payment. We email confirmation and a copy of the terms. Start and renewals At your request selected before purchase, paid features start after payment confirmation, including within the first 14 days. This does not waive withdrawal rights. Subscriptions are indefinite and automatically renew monthly until canceled. The minimum paid commitment is one month; renewals do not require a new order. We do not unilaterally change the price of an active subscription; a new price requires separate informed acceptance. Cancellation and plan changes Cancel renewals in Settings → Billing and cancellation, or contact support@netiker.com. Disable the next renewal before its due date; no additional notice period applies. Access continues through the paid period. Ordinary cancellation differs from statutory withdrawal and does not itself refund used periods. Withdrawal and complaint-related refunds remain available. Stripe displays any prorated charge or adjustment before you confirm a plan change. Failed payment We email payment failures. Stripe may retry collection. With past_due status, paid access continues for up to three days, then Free limits apply. Stored reports are not deleted for this reason; tasks exceeding limits may pause. Update payment details through the Stripe portal. 14-day withdrawal Consumers may withdraw from a distance contract without giving a reason within 14 days of its conclusion. Send a statement before the deadline to support@netiker.com, the provider’s postal address, or Settings → Withdraw from contract. Any unequivocal statement is sufficient; the model form is optional. Online submissions receive an email acknowledgment with their date and content. No-login withdrawal: https://netiker.com/withdraw. No-login termination: https://netiker.com/terminate. Withdrawal and refunds Following valid withdrawal, we end the relevant paid contract and refund the payments covered by it without undue delay and within 14 days of receiving the statement, using the original payment method unless you expressly agree to another cost-free method. Netiker does not deduct a usage charge for valid withdrawal within the statutory 14-day period. Starting a continuous digital service does not automatically remove this right. Separate statutory remedies for lack of conformity remain unaffected. Model withdrawal statement To: Paweł Kopytko, Netiker, Niedźwiedza 72, 32-854 Porąbka Uszewska, Poland; support@netiker.com. I withdraw from the contract for: [plan / subscription ID]. Contract date: […]. Consumer name: […]. Consumer address: […]. Account email and confirmation email: […]. Date: […]. Signature is required only for paper submissions. Complaints and conformity Send complaints to support@netiker.com or the provider’s postal address. Identify the account, problem and requested remedy; an invoice number is not a prerequisite. We respond to consumer complaints within 14 days of receipt by email or another durable medium; statutory consequences apply if no response is given. We are responsible for conformity throughout the continuous supply period and provide required updates, including security updates. You may request conformity and, in statutory circumstances, a price reduction or withdrawal. Remedy is free, within a reasonable time and without significant inconvenience. Statutory price-reduction and withdrawal refunds are made within 14 days of the statement. Service and terms changes Changes needed for conformity, security or legal requirements do not remove user rights. Other changes to the continuous service may result from provider API changes, technical requirements or feature development, at no extra charge. We explain changes clearly and email advance notice of material adverse effects on access or use. Consumers retain the statutory right to terminate without notice within 30 days of the change or later notification, unless a statutory exception allows the unchanged conforming service to remain available. Terms changes are not retroactive and do not remove acquired rights. Data, export and closing an account You must have rights to connected data and control invited users. Illegal content, infringement and bypassing security are prohibited. Reports can be exported using available features. Request closure of the free account and data deletion at hello@netiker.com; stopping renewal, account closure and statutory withdrawal are separate actions. After termination, we provide user content on request in the cases and format required by law. Statutory data-retrieval rights are not restricted. Law and disputes Polish law applies subject to mandatory consumer protections, including those of your habitual residence where applicable. Consumers are not required to litigate exclusively in Poland. You may seek consumer-adviser assistance and available alternative dispute resolution; any legally required position on participation is provided after an unresolved complaint. Data processing agreement The data processing annex at https://netiker.com/dpa forms part of this terms version and applies to personal data processed on the customer’s behalf. Its copy is included in contract confirmation. Parties and application The controller is the customer identified in the account and order details. The processor is Paweł Kopytko, Netiker, Niedźwiedza 72, 32-854 Porąbka Uszewska, Poland, Polish tax ID 8692010130, hello@netiker.com. This annex forms part of the electronically accepted terms and applies when Netiker processes personal data on the customer’s behalf. It prevails over general terms on processing matters. Subject, duration and data Processing covers retrieval, organization, storage, analysis, transformation, access by authorized users, export and deletion throughout the contract and the period necessary for return or deletion. Data subjects are the customer’s customers, prospects, contacts and employees. Data includes names, contact details, account identifiers, transaction/activity data and customer-selected report fields. Special-category and criminal-conviction data are excluded unless separately agreed. Instructions and confidentiality The customer is responsible for the legal basis and scope of data provided. Documented instructions include integration settings, imports, selected reports, roles, automations and exports. Netiker acts only on these instructions, including transfers, unless law requires otherwise, in which case it informs the customer beforehand unless legally prohibited. It also informs the customer of instructions it considers unlawful. Authorized persons are bound by confidentiality. Report data is not used for Netiker advertising or training general AI models. Security and assistance Netiker implements risk-appropriate GDPR Article 32 measures, including access controls, account permission separation, encrypted connections and integration tokens, password hashing, monitoring and log rotation, considering data nature and the state of the art. It assists the customer with data-subject rights, security, impact assessments and supervisory consultation. Personal-data breaches are reported to the customer without undue delay with available details on the incident, impact and response. Subprocessors and transfers The customer generally authorizes OVHcloud for hosting/email and Cloudflare for traffic delivery/security. Netiker imposes at least equivalent data-protection obligations on subprocessors and remains responsible for performance. It emails at least 30 days before adding or replacing a subprocessor, enabling reasoned objection before the change. If no solution is agreed, the customer may end the affected service without penalty. Transfers outside the EEA require GDPR Chapter V grounds and safeguards; locations, subprocessors and safeguards are available on request. Google Analytics does not receive entrusted reports; Stripe handles separate account billing. Audit and end of processing Netiker provides information demonstrating GDPR Article 28 compliance and permits and assists controller or authorized-auditor audits while protecting security and other customers’ data. At contract end, the customer chooses return or deletion of entrusted data, including copies, except legally required retention; any required retained data is segregated and restricted. Contact hello@netiker.com. Statutory supervisory and data-subject rights remain unaffected.
