eBay Order Integration & Spreadsheet Export

Compare eBay orders with traffic and marketing. We read orders through the Fulfillment API, retaining current statuses and currencies. Order value is not profit or proof of a payout to the seller.

APPLICATIONS

How to use eBay in Netiker?

eBay orders in Google Sheets

Share the current order list with payment and fulfillment status. Buyer details are discarded before storage; the report focuses on amounts and statuses.

Export to Google Sheets

Orders across sales channels

Compare eBay with Shopify orders while preserving each source’s date definitions, currencies and cancellation rules. Comparing order totals does not calculate store margins.

Work with saved data

Export the table to CSV or Google Sheets, or share it with an authorized tool through Data API and MCP. Reading a saved report does not fetch the source data again.

SCOPE OF INTEGRATION

What data does it support? eBay?

Orders

ID, UTC creation date, total amount and currency.

Current statuses

Payment, fulfillment and cancellation status. Cancelled orders are excluded from value comparisons.

YOUR REPORT IN PRACTICE

What is the current state of your eBay seller orders?

Bring order totals and statuses into one report for day-to-day store operations.

  1. Choose the right data

Connect a production seller account with read-only Fulfillment access. The report covers orders created in the last 28 complete UTC days.

  2. Build your report

Inspect payment, fulfillment and cancellation statuses in the table. In comparisons, analyze non-cancelled orders and their totals separately for each currency.

  3. Put the results to work

Share the current report through Sheets, CSV or API. Reconciling payouts and margins requires separate eBay fee and settlement data.

CONFIGURATION

From call to report

Before connecting

A production eBay Developers app, client ID, client secret and seller refresh token with sell.fulfillment.readonly consent. The app must meet eBay's production-access and account-data deletion requirements. Netiker renews the access token automatically.

  1. Prepare authorization

Review this integration's access requirements and prepare your own account credentials. If the provider requires app approval, obtain it before connecting.

  2. Connect the source

In Sources, select the integration, complete the separate form fields and verify access. Credentials are encrypted on the server.

  3. Set up synchronization

Choose a refresh frequency. Results appear in the data table and analyses; history and errors appear only in that source's view.

Connection and refresh: most common problems

The provider denies access

Check the account identifier, required scopes, owner consent and app permissions. Update the connection after consent is revoked or keys change.

The report is incomplete or figures differ

Check the truncation indicator, time zone, date range and metric definitions. Plan and provider limits may restrict available rows. Missing data does not mean zero.

What is worth knowing before downloading

  • One seller per connection. The report covers the last 28 complete UTC days and is replaced on refresh; it is not a permanent order ledger.
  • The Fulfillment API exposes orders according to its own rules, not every cart and pending-payment stage. We do not retrieve payout reconciliation, fees or order line items.
  • The eBay response may include buyer data; the adapter discards it before storage. App credentials and seller consent must belong to the same production environment.

Questions about eBay

No. We import orders from the Fulfillment API, their totals and current statuses. Payout settlements, fees and line-item details are outside the scope.

Yes. The server worker runs saved schedules. Plan limits, API availability and the validity of provider authorization apply.
