Items and groups
Item ID and name, creation and update timestamps, and group name.
DATA SOURCE · Work management
Work with monday.com board data alongside other datasets. Reports preserve item and column IDs, so renaming does not create a different field. Analyses can track item creation by date.
APPLICATIONS
Share an updated item list outside the monday.com interface. Exports retain groups and text column values; keep your team’s own comments in a separate spreadsheet tab.
Export to Google SheetsTrack newly created items over time alongside CRM activity. This measurement helps assess incoming work, but does not measure completed tasks.
Export the table to CSV or Google Sheets, or share it with an authorized tool through Data API and MCP. Reading a saved report does not fetch the source data again.
Netiker Data APISCOPE OF INTEGRATION
Item ID and name, creation and update timestamps, and group name.
Text values for up to 100 columns with ID-based keys. Arbitrary text is not automatically treated as a currency, completion status or date.
YOUR REPORT IN PRACTICE
Turn a work board into an updated team or client report while preserving item and column identifiers.
Select one board and import active items with group names, creation and update timestamps, and text column values.
In Analysis, track item counts by creation date. Prepare the view you need in the data table; use explicit mappings to interpret status labels and monetary text.
Send the saved report to Google Sheets, CSV or an authorized AI tool through MCP. A new item does not mean completed work, and a board snapshot does not reconstruct change history.
CONFIGURATION
A personal V2 API token from Developers → API token or Administration → Connections, plus the board ID. Token permissions mirror the user. Choose a board whose content may be processed in Netiker — names and columns can contain personal data.
Review this integration's access requirements and prepare your own account credentials. If the provider requires app approval, obtain it before connecting.
In Sources, select the integration, complete the separate form fields and verify access. Credentials are encrypted on the server.
Choose a refresh frequency. Results appear in the data table and analyses; history and errors appear only in that source's view.
Check the account identifier, required scopes, owner consent and app permissions. Update the connection after consent is revoked or keys change.
Check the truncation indicator, time zone, date range and metric definitions. Plan and provider limits may restrict available rows. Missing data does not mean zero.
